In 2007, Seville Consulting completed the construction of the EarthCraft/TecHome Showcase house for the Southern Building Show in Atlanta, GA. Featuring a combination of green and high performance building materials and techniques as well as the latest in home technology, the house was visited by hundreds of building professionals during the show. This project was recently presented with an Excellence Award for Green Homes from Residential Design Build Magazine and will be receiving the Energy Value Housing Award at the International Builders Show in January of 2009.
