Carl Seville was a contributor to the recently released REGreen Guidelines for residential green remodeling, a joint project of the USGBC and ASID (American Society of Interior Designers). He recently received the LEED AP Homes designation from the USGBC.

He also serves as the Residential Green Building Advocate for Atlanta, working with the Atlanta USGBC Chapter to promote residential green building throughout the region.
